Does it have to have the lights and sound? How much would it cost unpainted and without light and sound? If yes, would it affect the price?

Hi Mike,

My painter will try to match Joe Johnston's board as close as possible, as soon as the painted sample is ready, I'll post pics here so you can decide if you want yours painted or not... I'll keep you posted, thanks.

I wasn't (finally) part of the first run, and will not be on the second (due to the price, which is too much for me at the moment), but i want to congrat
you for your decission "1. the cnc portion is recessed into the top board*" :thumbsup This is by far the best you could. It lifts the whole replica, visually,
in my opinion, into a new dimension (and was the main reason why i dropped out of the first run). I will follow the thread to see a finally painted board!

Hi Guys,

ok, the boards have been varnished & my painter will paint a sample board for me on monday, seems like he's figured out the correct color so I'm really keeping my fingers crossed

Ok, the painted sample is done & in my opinion, its a great improvement from v1; top pic is v2 & bottom is v1.
