Judge Dredd - Judge Hunter Helmet

Hello!
I've aquired a Judge Hunter helmet and was wondering if anybody could help me out regarding painting. I understand that the helmet is overall gloss black but the area round the visor seems to be a different shade, matt black or maybe dark metallic or somewhat..?
If anyone have pics or paint-specifications regarding this helmet, any advice would be very appreciated. I'm also interested in details like the mouthpiece/nozzle and bolts..
Also found a nice visor on eBay for this helmet. Anyone know where to find tips on how to best attach a visor to helmets like this?

Regarding attaching the visor to this helmet...
I've never done it before and have looked around a bit for tips on this..

So what do you think, should I glue it with hot glue or bolt it?
I saw mentioned on the amazing www.thedentedhelmet.com something called Chigaco bolts, anyone know where to get hold of these?
