Joker Semi-Trailer Truck (The Dark Knight)

The Joker's semi-trailer truck that he uses to assault the convoy carrying H. Dent from the M.C.U. to the county prison caught my eye as a possible build after watching The Dark Knight today.

Here are some reference pictures:

The plan so far is to find a semi-trailer truck toy (preferably a Hess truck as those would seem to be higher quality) then repaint the truck to fit the movie. The colors so far are old gold, black and chrome for the truck cab and white and black for the trailer.

After painting apply stickers with all of the lettering. I recently heard about water-slide stickers but they seem impractical (unless I can get them done somewhere). Otherwise, I'll just go with sticker paper. The text I can read so far is: Hyams ; Slaughter is the best medicine. Also there is a graphic of a carnival

I plan to get some screen-shots from the film by tomorrow night.

I definitely think this will be a fun, unique and hopefully easy (haha yeah right) build.

I think "CREEPY" font would be perfect for the S. It has that same kinda drip. I'll scrounge my PC to see if I still have it.

Thats sound great, bleyd. Thanks!

also, underneath the word HYAM's it reads: "Amusement Parks"

Hey I found a few more of the semi. Most interesting part I found was that reinforced guard on the front bumper. The front bumper also appears to have a pintel as well.
Enjoy these if you don't have them already. If they're too big here let me know and I'll resize them. The last one is a repeat but in slightly differant lighting. After looking at the font again I don't think what I have would work here for the spraypainted part.

Bleyd--

Thanks for the great photos. The bumper guard looks like it may only be there for the flip sequence.
