No pressure, good sir. My main concern is having fabric in my hands a couple of weeks before Halloween, which I'm hoping is a reasonable timeframe.

Good point. I'd need fabric by early September for this to work for me. Though, this prolly goes for most on this list.

I really don't think it will be a problem to get it by Halloween. The estimated production time is around 2-3 weeks. This will put it around the end of August. I will then have to dive into the daunting task of cutting all the fabric into the desired lengths...not looking forward to that! I'm guessing middle of September if everything goes according to plan.

I've been interested in this for a while as well. I have taken the pattern offered here and forwarded a request to a digital fabric printing business that does a 5-yard minimum custom order and I am awaiting a price quote - however if you can provide reasonably priced sheets of printed fabric (I say enough for one shirt, a fair price would be $50 or $60) I would be interested.

I'm currently working on the Joker pattern as a SVG File - scalable vector graphics using high-res promo pics of Joker I could find. I try to copy the pattern as accurate as possible, heck I even count the stars on one hex (yes! high-res photos shows six-point stars). Have worked approx. 6 hour on that and just one pattern nearly done - five to go...
I know Jarvis' made a great pattern and also sat surely hours on that, which I downloaded too - I want to push my copy abilities - so this won't be a rushed, can't be a rushed recreation - I go for accuracy...

I changed my star pattern to recognize it if it's going to be used without permission, but it sounds like you are going to make an helluva work on it so I would love to see how is going to be, making this pattern is indeed a real pain in the arse, especially making it seamless tileable and accurate to the movie shirt (that keep changing in every photo!:lol).
So I would love to see your pattern, I'm sure it will be killer! (<no pun intended)
