Jarvis Tie fighter helmet comparison

Hi guys, Iv'e been asked a few times to do size comparisons of my two helmets along side a standard Don Post Tie Fighter helmet to give everyone a better idea of what I have to offer .
In the first shot all three helmets are lined up large to small to Don post ( the Don Post has cog stickers ) .
The large helmet is 1/1 scale to the Screen used helmets, it differs from a large Don Post CA helmet or other re casts of the CA in that it has a more accurate face, no screws and sharper detail on the ear caps.
Comparing the Jarvis large to the Jarvis small you can see the small is narrower side to side the ear caps sit higher on the helmet to keep them off a smaller persons shoulders and not shown it also is more narrow front to back .
The main reason I built the smaller helmet was to give smaller folks a choice instead relying on the Standard Don Post .
After getting a Standard Don Post I was surprised to find that the measurements aren't that much smaller than the small Jarvis. When measuring the width of the helmet ,face and snout there was about a 1/4 inch difference ,
Front to back and height is where the Don Post is really off , front to back Don Post is an 1" 1/2 shorter and in height around an 1" 3/4 .

The Don Post is made of poly vinyl and doesn't hold it's shape well at all in the heat or just sitting on a shelf .

Resin helmets have the advantage of being easy to work with and repair if needed , easy to reinforce with fiberglass and take paint very well .

So here are some pictures for you to compare .
