i have a question. i used the default scale to helagaks back file and speedtrix chest. the back seems a tad small. and i was trying to line them up. i wonder if may take 10% sclae increase. any advice? pm

Man this is too unfortunate :( Not sure of how to protect my stuff. I dont want to PW protect my files because i want people to have them 100% free and unrestricted but i also dont want people to be taking my hard work for granted :unsure Ill see if i can think of something. I might to what BSD is doing

Jakie dont worry about it, i know how hard you work on this files but sooner or later everybody knows that that files are yours, i know that upset you, they are passing your work without your knowledge and some of the claming it as his but dont worry every one that looks up a little will find out from where this amazing stuff really came and who is the real modeler

put some passwords on files.and they actually have to come to the RPF to get them..lol..just saying....

i agree password protect them and do what bsd has done they have to inbox you for them and that way you have the names of all the people that have em buddy :) and dont worry buddy my mk 42 is a full jackie special :D all built with your awsome files when there ready and done , oh by the way immmmm so excited to see the back when its done buddy im so gunna do your files justice :) on a side note hey don hows the patriot and war machine coming ?

I'm working on mini gun for WM...it's a Biatch....lol..im debating if i should motorize it now or figure it out later i just want to finish this...

Maybe just don't give links on the threads, and get people to PM you to get the not-PW-protected files. Therefore they are unrestricted, and you know who has your files. :D

Thats a good idea, you can keep a list of the people that have each (all) file(s)

Hi Jackie how about this

cant you brand the files like people do with photos

meaning photos that have a website or logo try to incorporate this in your files so when you print them you see "made by Jackie"


If some thieving scum wants to take the files and say they made them or distribute them as theirs
as Southpaw said............they have to PM you for them and you have their info

Then we can all get on Facebook's back because they are dealing with stolen property and with the RPF as backing get these scumbags accounts deleted of Facebook

I am sure the RPF would back you and other modellers on this because its not right.

Members like syrus54 who got to stage were he was so pissed off at seeing his work being ripped off by others was thinking of not sharing his work and who would blame him.

The RPF need people like you and syrus54 and the others Laelee, Darkside ect and you guys need protecting

We are a big family unit with many, many members we must have some power :angry

Progress is slow, but steady. Eagerly awaiting the back! :D

And don't let the sketchy Facebook people get you down. Their taking your files is yet another reminder of just how fantastic and precious they are to the community! That being said, I agree that we should figure out some RPF-wide security measures regarding pep files.

That also is a good idea. I think i might start branding my pics i upload on here. The problem is, it will take a while to go back and edit my previously uploaded pictures :lol Itll be worth it though :)

The backs coming along really nicely everyone :) Working hard on it for all of you out there! :thumbsup

Also, i decided that i will not block my files at all. Everyone will still be able to have 100% free access to these files. I just dont want those few lame people to ruin a good thing for everyone else on here :)
