Thats funny I tried that once... practice what you preach!

He said he is looking for PDF's. It seems lately when a new member asks a question, even a dumb one, 1 or 2 year members give them a hard time. How about being more helpful and less crappy folks.

Be Careful when heating up styrene or any PVC based material the fumes are extremely carcinogenic. I work with styrene and extruded PVC sheets on a daily basis in the sign industry, CNC cutting them is one thing but when you heat them there a completely different animal. I don't mean to sound motherly but a Kick ass build isn't worth years off your life... who am I kidding mabyit is

I suppose I could have run the eye, nose and skin protection disclaimer but I assumed builders on here would know to where respirators and protective gear when working with any of the building materials used here. EVA foam puts off hazardous levels of formamide according to French researchers so nothing here is safe.

I just thought I would throw it out there obviously you wouldn't have to put out a disclaimer. It's just like a store in the town I live in, they only sell bullets and not guns so they don't have to be responsible when somebody shoots someone? I don't think too many people think about long term affects associated with the materials they use unless its printed directly on the side of it with a bid skull and crossbones or the big toxic T

Only Canada would try to hold the store responsible for someone using... Never mind, it's not even worth making fun of. LMAO

Re: Jackieisrockin's Iron Man Mk 42 Pepakura Files! Abs added!

hey guys just and update forearms now ready for hardening

What did you scale them at? Because I'm working on a foam of the gauntlets and it didn't go too well first time around and I'm bad at scaling.

I would use the measuring tool in pepakura designer its way more accurate. Measure your arm for example change to mm and measure the peice in pep designer then change the height or width to what you got.. make sense? Using the scale chart is kind of a waste if time. Here is and older pic of my 42 and it was different scales.. hope this helps....
