Jack Skellington Mask

Hey all. I've been working on this project for a little while now, but I'm finally close to molding the helmet, so I decided to show some progress pics of the helmet so far. My plan is to make several face parts of Jack's different expressions that will all attach to the same back half, for some interchangeable action. Where they come together was a bit of a pain to get to work, but I finally decided on which route to go. I should have some molding, and final product pics up in the near future. As far as making the helmet I started of with a sculpt, and made a junk mold of that so I could get it sanded and smooth as possible.

Finally finished this thing. It took a lot longer then a thought it would to get both sides of the helmet to align correctly when cast. But now that it's finally finished I can start working on variations of the front half that I can interchange at will. Anyway here are some pics of the finished helmet. Hopefully it won't be long until I can get the variations going.
