Ironman Helmet hinge with Video Demo

I installed them yesterday, theyre not working smooth or properly, but im home early so gonna get back to them shortly, ill update my thread when i do

make sure you level the part on the helmet, on the MK II I'm not adding a thin plastic.. heat the lower hinge bend slightly if needed..
 
Little dusty :D still need paint inside lights added, MKII from Biggeek used the upper hinge slide kit, My lower hinges added to it worked out well...

I think its worling out great so far...





 
I drill a set hole for the Chicago screw, I use a auto motive silicon like its for boats windows I get it at a car part store, I like which I have not done is seal it with a fiberglass I just use resin had no trouble with that. So its pretty simple I set on the helmet lever or glue in a thin plastic, find your rotating point, if it hits heat it up I use a heat gun bend slow don't snap it, works every time I like to use a spring if needed to space also works. can use a 1/4" or 1/2" Chicago's..
 
any one wants to know how or see how face plate can be set up here is a good way. I like the hose set up for the jaw leaves more room....
