so i dont know iron man very well. i looked up who iron patriot is, and according to the comics, iron patriot is an older iron man suit that Norman Osborn stole and used. so how does that fit into the movies? im guessing they made the iron patriot suit Brodey's new suit? anyone who knows iron man lore care to fill me in?
oh and this movie looks like it rocks. had to look up The Mandarin as well. he will make an interesting vilian for the this movie.

The iron patriot was definitly Norman Osborn. This was during the dark reign series where he became head of shield, and made his own avengers. Not sure how they are playing this out in the movie though, because Im pretty sure its Rody's suit repainted. This movie looks freaking awesome though!

I love the fact that they keep adding new armor. For those who might not know, stark has a ton of armors, they are building it up.
