Iron man MKVII Pepakura Costume

I am starting to Work on a Foam Irom Man Suit. I started a while back but my printer stopped working. All i have are the Handplates.

Most people usually post pics of their progress in their first post and estimated finish time. Good luck though.

It's totally fine uploadfromtaptalk1396103118986.jpg the main reason I didn't post any photos is because I started this post prematurely and didn't have any progress to brag about. Now I only have a couple pieces left. uploadfromtaptalk1396103186148.jpguploadfromtaptalk1396103200236.jpg

A little detail I added, it is a holder for my iPod nano. I put speakers. In my helmet and needed something to hold my iPod.uploadfromtaptalk1396135745246.jpg
It's the angled thing in the middle, sorry for the bad lighting.

Out of hot glue, going to go to the store tomorrow. Going to build the thigh. For Comic-Con I'm not going to try to finish the hand. (Its next Thursday) so I'm going to just wear some black and red gloves to improvise.

Hello,
I have a few questions and would greatly appreciate it if someone could answer them for me.

I am attempting to build the iron man hand. I have downloaded all the pepakura files and I printed them all out on about 180 gram paper. I started putting together he lower palm knwoing that my paper was too thin but I just wanted to get the basic idea of where to fold what and how things go together.

SO here are my questions :

1. What kind of paper/ other material should I be using do that the lines come out clean and clear?
2. What glue should I be using to put all the pieces together?
3. Can the pepakura files be sent to 3d printing?
4. After I have the model built out of paper what can I put on top f it stifen it and make it hard so that I can bondo it and paint it?

Those are all my questions for the moment.
I would appreciate an answer as soon as possible since this is for a school assignment and I have to hand it in at then end of the semester.
THANK YOU!

I can help you a little. I use the foam method which is a little different. Thank you for asking!
1. I use 110lbs cardstock for printing out my pieces
2. I recommend hot glue, super glue works too but sets quickly, so if you mess up...
3. I don't know about 3D printing but I don't doubt someone else can answer. (Great question)
4. I believe the fiberglass resin method
