Hi,

Dear friend, your work is very good. That being said, I would like to know if you have a construction manual that can be followed, besides the explanation on this threat.

In addition , please share pepakura files.

According to what I understood, this is your method:

1.-) You use rubber to make the pieces.

2.-) You use fiberglass as innercoat, to achieve endurance (hard condition)

3.-) You use epoxy primer as outercoat, combine with sand process, to achieve a clean finish on the surface.

4.-) You use up to 3 layers of outercoat to ensure a perfect result.

5.-) You use acrylic painting (just like the one used on cars), to achieve metalic appearance.

Please, give me your comments.

I got time to upload the video of my stage performance back in a major con here. Too bad the forearm missiles and wingflaps jacked themselves up. (as I was wearing the suit for 6 hours!)
