Iron Man MK 42 Files HELP!!!!!!

Hey guys, im new here an want to make a foam suit of the MK 42 armor but im really bad at the scaling, any chance one of you guys has a scaled set of files for a guy my size?
i am 6'1'' around 190-200.

just scale them, look at the bottom right corner on pepakura where there's the final build size
