Iron Man lock chip help

I'm trying to do research on the "lock chip" that Tony gives to Pepper Iron Man. I figure that it's just a standard thumb drive that's available somewhere, but I'm striking out with Google. Can anyone give me a hand? This would be an awesome gift for my brother, who's an uber-geek and Iron Man fan.

It's a regular drive, but as with most props it has what looks like a custom casing.
