Iron costume... can you please verify?

Don't buy the suit! Now that you are a member here you can speak with the builders directly. There are several very good builders that are trust worthy and proven themselves. TMP is one of them, you can search his name, search the junkyard or this costume thread and find the people selling the suits. Fingaz is another one that is going to be casting and selling a suit he made that will be a very nice suit. These guys are professional and you will feel very safe buying from them and their communication is amazing. That's a lot of money ( well, to a lot of us it is ) so don't take the chances. Nothing like having a dream of owning a suit ruined by someone running a scam when there are people here that can give you a 100% and make you feel proud and satisfied with what you have. A few people from this site will post on ebay but they post it here as well so this is a better place to start for the real deal. If you don't see it in the junkyard than don't buy it off ebay. Just my opinion and thanks for checking here before doing something crazy lol. Also you can stop these builders from having their work ripped off or getting a bad rep for something they aren't involved in.

I contacted the "seller" asking for more pics & info and this was the response I got...

"I am not the seller; someone hijacked my account. You should notify ebay asap."


The auction is still up. If somebody "hijacked" his account, wouldn't HE have done something about it by now?



Please follow the link posted by the OP and report the auction to save some clueless buyer a massive hit to his/her wallet!

During my whole "Spiderman Saga" I did talk to the person who sold me a suit and says that his account was hacked as well. I thought that was totally BS as well, but than the same listing also came up from a different person also some new ones like the black spiderman costume. I talked too all those people and they say its not them and someone is using their accounts.

Hi there. There are a lot of companies online that are a TOTAL scam these days. I found a company online last week that was using one of my photos (of a costume I make) to try to sell their trash. I would definitely recommend finding someone who can commission make the costume for you. There are a lot of great costume designer/makers. If you are interested in a few I can point you in the right direction.

Def a TMP suit in the picture. I cannot see how this guy has 23 more units! TMP was very selective about selling these so this guy has to be lying.

I have seen some posts for the iron man costume but are a couple of months old. Please do tell if anyone is selling one. Make sure you guys pass a few words for me

These guys are scammers. Their mail usually comes from Italy to my knowlege and from past he used an email: catilinacop.

Note! Never buy based on old photos. Alway ask for new photos, if you are still unsure i got list of those who owns one.

And i also told buyers if they sell theirs they can repport back to me with the new buyer if they buyer wants me to verify future sales as authentic TMP armor, and for replacement parts. We dont offer replacement parts to people who i can not verify.


I am planning on a Offering a limited run for this year as well.
Those who live in Europe will probably take most advantage of the low USD value.

Hey, I found another person selling another Iron Man costume coming from Bangkok. I just noticed I have a habit of coming to my office, log-in to my company's network and then immediately check ebay with the keywords "iron man costume". But now that I found this website I don't need to do that but I seem to need rehabilitation. :wacko :lol

In my opinion, having a "verification thread" would be a great idea:not only would it help a potential buyer from being scammed, but could be a single thread that TMP, Leslee (Masked Rider) and other could check to see if their stuff is being counterfeited and alert eBay, etc.
