Invader Zim Gir unit

Just testing the waters on this one... has anyone thought of making a real metal Gir with LED's and the whole nine yards? He doesn't look too complicated. Been a fan from the show when I first heard MST3K's "TV's Frank" was going to be a writer for the show.

There is a possibility of being able to make it... but I wouldn't know how to make him out of metal. I could probably pull it off with wood. Any ideas how to do it with metal?

I have a Mega Gir like the one from the pic in the first post and abolutely love it. I think Gir has to be one of my all time favorite characters so to see someone even considering making one in metal rules. All I can say is color me interested.

Hey, ForceCommander, would you be able to supply any dimensions for him?
I would be all over this, in metal. Shapes seems simple enough, just a matter of scale and materials.

I have the Mega Gir and at one point, was in talks with Jim (Hyperdyne) about making a soundboard for Gir. It was just proving to be too expensive for a one off unit. But maybe if we were to make several of the soundboards to fit the Mega Gir, it would be more cost effective.
