Infinite action x iron man figure….

This gut just arrived. Wanted something to replace my hot toys mk 1. I notice the arc reactor in some pics on the packaging is lit up but I don’t see a way to turn it on. Am I missing something or is it just static.
I like the figure but would dig a light up arc reactor
