I don't recall that coin sticking to the side of the skull. Looks like castings of the goonies/hook gold coins were used by the prop department in yet another movie.

there is a noob on ebay that sells some dublooks i think you get about 100 i call him a noob because he says he made from for all of the films he also tried selling them as laos coins from TOD and i dont think theuy are the same type as seen in the film but they are close.
