The original sword has this strange double layered fuller point thing going on... which we've replicated. It really depends on the angle of viewing. For example, in this pic you can see the fuller extends to a point closer to the tip of the sword:

We'll try to smooth out the transition between the main fuller and the shallower tip for the main run. That all being said, these are hand-made so each one will be a little different.

You're right, I hadn't realized...(y)

But I still see that the original blade starts wider and ends narrower or that my vision is not the same as before...

I'm not very enthousiastic aboud the blade, to be honest. The lines of the fuller looks like they have been made by someone with a dremel and parkinson... This was not the case on the sword of the previous run. Although the fuller was not 100% accurate, it were nice clean lines, there... I also don't like the scratches (I guess these are part of the weathering?). Is there an option to not have the blade weathered? Last remark is the strange purple shine the fuller has. Is this only due to lighting, or was it discoloured due to the heat produced by removing metal material to make the fuller?

I understand that this is a prototype? How representative is this for the final product we will be receiving? I really hope the blade can be improved (quite a lot). If not, I'm out of the run, I'm afraid...

Let's be honest. I traced the fuller here. This just is sloppy work, no?

OK. But I'd love to see a picture of the final product we will receive before really committing on this one...

No, the factory is under lockdown at the moment... hence the extra delays. No ETA yet, but we'll post news as soon as we have it!

Excited, and figure any imperfections would be chalked up to being handmade back in the day. I'm easy...especially on first dates
