In need of best Palpatine prosthetic face piece available

Ive been in search of the best and most accurate Palpatine prosthetic movie piece thats been attempted. Is anyone aware of one thats been done besides the 501st sevral months back? Im not a member of the 501st and I badly need to find this piece to complete a Sidious costume.
To be specific Id rather have the ROTS version than the ROTJ version plus Im curious as to what the best advice is on finding the most accurate ROTS contact lenses too. They actually look like they have a glowing effect instead of the plain yellowed versions from ROTJ. I want the ROTS face and eyes both. Is there someone who can direct me in the right direction of where to buy the best lenses and prosthetics?
