Image Verification not Working?

I forgot my password and tried to reset it which requires that you enter the funny letters in the box to verify. I refreshed the box several times but no letters appeared. When I tried the "contact us" link, the same thing happened.
BTW, I did not remember my password, I just signed on from a pc where it was saved

Joe, do you have any script blockers or anything?

Not sure about the blockers. I tried from two different pc's.
Good news. I did remember my password. I had to think back to when I registered, and remember what movie was rolling around in my noggin

YES I am also having this problem!! I can't see anything other than whatever the background image refreshes to each time you hit the button. I'm not running any blockers and I've used this feature on other websites before so I don't know what's going on.
I recently changed my password, but now can't remember what I changed it to and I'm on a temporary system at work until my box is fixed. So needless to say my cookies aren't there any more.

I am also having this problem when I tried to log on from my phone. Good to see it's not just me, but I really can't remember my password. Glad I'm still logged on for now.
