i'm planning some semi-hardware sabers and i need some help

ok...so i'm in the materials gathering stages of making an ESB vader and (probably) an ESB luke...and i need some help...

for the luke i'll be mostly the directions from project graflex (except for the clamp which i am trying to figure out a more accurate version of)...i was wondering if anyone could give me the measurements of the clamp bars...i know they're 2" long...but how wide and how deep are they?...also how wide is the circuit board?...lastly...can anyone get me a picture of the emitter looking "down the barrel" as it were...i can't seem to find a picture of that anywhere...

for the vader i need to know basically the same questions...the measurements of the clamp bars and the picture of the emitter...and in addition i have a kind of wierd question...for the luke project graflex has the template to cut the end to the right shape...but what i need is a template to drill the little holes near the shroud for the vader (you know where the wires go)...i need the spacing/size and how far down from the end...if anyone could make up one of those for me i would be forever in their debt...also...what length do i cut the pipe to?...

sorry for all the questions...but i've been looking for this info for weeks and i just can't seem to find it anywhere...thanks in advance....skott

Check out Darth Saber's Blueprints. It has got many measurements, although not correct measurements of the angled sidebars that are on the ESB saber. I have not got those either, though. Sorry.
There are also blueprints on http://www.sitharchives.com/ but I have not checked them out.
