ID Needed for Motorola Headset

I've been looking to get a Motorola headset like this, but have never been able to identify the model. They've been used in many different productions, but this picture happens to be of a Blade 2 prop.

Anyone know the model?

It's the AARMN4017A with the cord cut off to make it look wireless.
