ID a Holy Grail?

I got a really nice Grail, with probably the best look and feel I've seen, and I'm trying to ID who made it. It's got PDB 2003 on the bottom with some odd characters.

Anyone know the maker of this?

With those sculpting skills i find it hard that the writing comes from the same maker..

It was made by Fedora Smith. The PDB are his initials...

They pop up quite often for about $100, and then it was about $25 to ship from Spain. The new ones only have PDB on the bottom.
