I Need TIE Helmet Cog Artwork

I need to get some Imperial Cog decals ran up for my TIE helmets in vinyl- these are the formats the guy at the sign shop says I can give him-

EPS (Encapsulated Post Script)

AI (Adobe Illustrator)

CDR (Corel Draw)

On a related point, didn't someone here do a sort of "definitive analysis" on the various ways the icon has appeared over the years? I seem to recall being pretty impressed with the thoroughness of it...
