I need help starting my Iron Man costume!

Okay, do basically i am going to start making my iron man costume and going to start with the helmet and because its my first will be making it out of foam. I need someone to help guide me along the putting together of the helmet because i have Pepakura but the print off doesn't make sense to me really because of the tabs and what to stick together. Also i want someone to help confirm my craft things like the foam i have have chosen to make sure it's okay for the helmet. So overall i would like someone who i can talk to regularly to help me build me costume.

First of all, do not make the helmet.
Make something simpler first like a handplate.

Foam templates not supposed to have tabs. If it has tabs, you are using paper build templates.
When start glueing/building, have the pepakura designer/viewer open, and within reach.
Double click on the parts and it'll highlight the 3d view on where the parts in located.
It'll help you visualized the parts and how it connect to others.
