I HAVE A DREAM (saber)...a custom saber maker? (pic)

For years, since I've found this image, I have longed for this lightsaber.

Now I'm in a place where it could actually become a reality.

One hopes.

I checked out some custom saber links/threads, but they don't seem to have any recent activity.

Any suggestions?
