Hulk Suit...The Real Deal!

Hello to all! I am the Great Green Chief. I'm the big quarter-ton, six-foot ******* that'll be sweating his ass of in this mad monstrosity, not to mention co-designer, sculptor, painter, cryer, complainer, and what ever else that may need to be tackled along the way. We three dweebs of glorious grandeur have been on the general grind with jobs and family and all that lovely crap... But I just wanted to let all six-thousand and some odd people who have stared upon our fabulous foot know that we haven't given up on this task and are jumping back into the mix this weekend. We have to finalize the pep, fiberglass, and clay mold the whole giant thing. We've ordered the clay and are just regrouping on how to come at this properly and methodically. We want as few hiccups and glitches as possible. While every mistake is a learning opportunity, every mistake thwarted is time and money saved. Much to ponder, much to do, and sometimes less is more. But do not fret my pets, it is on like chocolate gravy! There will be content to come...

Cool project! It seems so logical to use pep as a sculpting armature--yet, I hadn't thought of that before! With such large-scale pieces, any chance to cut down on the weight of the clay will have some big payoffs later, and the forms you are getting off the pep should enable you to keep it fairly thin. I look forward to seeing this build progress.
