How would I cast a hollow resin 1:6 helmet?

Hi there,

I've sculpted a 1:6 scale helmet for an action figure.

How would I go about making a hollow resin cast, so that it can be `worn` by the action figure?

Imagine, i've made the silicone mould, with a hole to pour the resin.

Would I be able to `slush cast` it, or is it too small for that?

Or maybe cast is as a solid block, then hollow it out?

there is no reason why you could not slush cast it.

or you could get a head put clay over it and make an interior silicone plug to create a void in the helmet.
