Been trying to find the packaging. I have also sent an email to Spin Master Toys.If you bring it back and tell them you need to exchange it because of the problems you mentioned that should be no problem. In fact, I would reccomend taking a replacement with you to the service desk, and if they push back, ask to see a CSM, or Assistant Manager.
