How to get a logo on a thermos

Picked up one of the mugs from DS9 that they all drank replicated Raktajino out of a while back, but I want to get the logo they had on the side (black Starfleet delta/commbadge with USS Defiant under it) on it. How can that be done? Some sort of dye-sublimation or airbrushing or what? Don't want just some sticker that will come off when I clean the thing (since I use it daily).

Little help?

I would look into some sort of silk screen process, I know they do that stuff all the time for promotional pieces like mugs.
