How to change foam filled mask

I recently recieved a foam filled mask and my head is larger that the previous owners or makers so when i put the mask on it is VERY tight and it stretches everything to the point where the bio (that fits perfectly when the mask isnt on) doesnt fit very well.

so my question is
Does anybody know how to thin out or remove part of the foam in a foam filled mask?
can you just use a drimmel with a sanding bit like you would on great stuff or very carefully use a razor ?

DON'T use a Dremmel. Go slow and use a razor and trim it thinly in layers

I very usefull tool is a pair of uticle Scissors. THey have a rounded end and are quite sharp. THey are also quite small and fit into the small cavity of the mask. Because the end is rounded, they are almost like the safety scissors we used as kids. It will prevent any damage if you cut too deep into the foam and nick the latex.
