How safe is it to work with urethane rubber ?

As someone who's struggled with silicone casts locking into silicone molds the sound of this product from smooth on was really enticing

I just don't know anything about the dangers of urethane rubber and the safety sheet( https://www.smooth-on.com/msds/files/1765A_1-1765B_1.pdf ) isn't easy to understand for someone who doesn't really know what they're looking at. I see that it has the prop65 warning but pretty much everything does and the only chemical I recognize is toluene which I do know is incredibly toxic but I'm not sure how high the concentrations are. So I'm just wondering if this is safe to work with indoors with decent ventilation(In an apartment with a few windows open, maybe an exhaust fan)

Thanks

Always wear a respirator with any of these chemicals.
You can work with them in an apartment with a lot of airflow...a lot. However, I wouldn't do it with any pets around and the smell might drive your neighbors to pitch forks and torches. It's best to do it outside or in a well ventilated garage. But always with a respirator.
