I'm Steve. By day I'm a lawyer. By evening I'm a writer. But by night I like to get my prop on. I'm working on a stormtrooper helmet just now as my first project which is teaching me lots about the basics of prop building.

I originally went for the pepakura stormtrooper helmet because it seemed like a good low-cost alternative to purchasing a pre-made one. The whole thing has gotten out of hand and maybe I should have just shelled out the money for a helmet and been done with it. Oh well, I'm down the rabbit hole now. Let's see how deep it goes...
