how long was brisco's rod?

thinking of replicating brisco's orb rod, and i cant decide how long is "normal" for the rod.

10" seems too long, i think its something like 9" long, but honestly, its anyones guess.

so... people who are interested in briscos rod, how long would you like it to be if you saw one?

trust me, 12" is too long :lol

ive seen some screencaps online, but they are small, and blurry.

at this point i would take educated guesses (maybe i need to drop an email to dixie? :lol)

brisco had 2 different rods. one was solid, and one was a tube with an endcap.

they may have been diff sizes for both, but i guess im making the "idealized" size rod :lol

screencaps (if someone wants to grab em) should be available in "bye bly" and i think the pilot episode as well.

The only thing that matters is how Brisco used his rod. Well that, and answering the question "Why is Bly so obsessed with getting his hands on Brisco's rod?"

Did you get the gerth of the rod correct? That's equally important.

there was an episode that had a professor who did some sketches of the orb, a screen capture of that episode might yeild the measurements of the rods and the orb. I just for the life of me cannot remember which one.
