How do You Guys Stick your Vader lenses in?

Bizzare sounding question, but i've already nearly fracked up a SgtFang, and am preparing to do a ROTS Vader......what do you use to stick these lenses in? I've been using hot glue, but one mistake and it all looks sloppy.....the Rots lenses i'll be using are flat but flexible......i'm assuming i'll have to tack them down then finish them with something else...

Any help would be awesome!

Hot glue works for me. Nicer guns have more control than the cheap ones.
