How do you create costume Adobe file templates?

I really want to create my own spiderman suit but I cannot find any tutorials on how to make the print on my computer first. any Ideas or help would be greatly appreciated . Please help

In the future, you may want to try doing a search of the forum before posting your question, especially since this is a fairly common question.
