how bad is the new hercules movie?

Even if it is cheesy and poorly acted I would like to take my teenage boys.

It was not that bad at all but I was confused a little by the ending, from what little I remember about the tales of Hercules I'm not sure how much the ending follows the original story. Of course Hollywood may be taking its artistic license and seeing the response to determine if they follow up with a sequel.

There's a new Hercules movie? I thought that stuff ended when Italy moved on from doing sword-and-sandal films to Mad Max knock-offs.
