I have a request if its possible. I need a picture of the side of the Bio with the laser shroud. This is the closest, but isn't a dead on view of the side:

wow!! that looks amazing!! they couldn't possibly go back now right? i mean seriously, i really have no idea how many people actually wrote to HT directly and told them how "IT NEEDS TO BE SMOOTH!!! ER!! the armor can have it's way, but the bio MUST BE SMOOTH!!" , but i did as i've written to them a few times (especially about this particular pred fig) and they may have actually listened!?!?! YAY! we made a difference whoever we all are!!

i know i'm dreamin, but damn it would be nice if they went back and "re-worked" some of the older preds, mainly the P2 i feel like he really got cheated on the "production line" as far as painting goes... but improved, more realistic bodies would be indescribable...

and it still kinda pisses me off that the P1 was shorter than the rest despite his other accuracies... WHY? WHY HOT TOYS? then compare him to the "new" predator and he's.... tiny? not too speak negatively, his overall bad-assedness still rivals them all, but WHY?!?!the berserker looks like he'd be a 1/2 in. to maybe 5/8 in. taller than most hot toys preds, but at least an inch or more above the P1!!... sorry off subject...

anyway, this TOTALLY rocks. cannot wait to get my grubby hands on a couple... THANK YOU HOT TOYS!!!!

EDIT: but he's just towerin' over ol' royce's ass isn't he, damn he looks big, and them ain't no camera angles neither....

Holy crap this is freaking amazing! can't belive i've preordered this, so glad i got mine while i can. Who knows when he'll be going for ridiculous prices on ebay. The detailings are lethal. Love the new mandibles and smoothed out bio.

I'm on my way out the door for my am jog, so forgive me if I get your post wrong, but if I'm understanding correctly, are you saying that They (hot toys) have made the P1 (P1S?) smaller, instead of simply making the BSPs taller than the average HT preds? I can see how that would be upsetting.

I think he is saying that you know how the P1 hot toys predator they come out with was smaller than everything else? It was like 12 inches. When most predators are 14 that is what he was saying.... i think.

Hey Garo, Thanks for clearing that up, lol. I had no idea the original P1 was only 12 in. Wow, Yeah. I'd say Hot Toys should re do him. I had actually seen the photo of him standing next to Mr.Black, but I was under the impression that they had made Mr. Black taller, being that the SBPs are supposed to be larger than
'Normal' Pred. Then when I had hurriedly read Hellonearth's post, ( I thought he had meant the classic) I was like surly they didn't decide to make the classic pred smaller in order to create the illusion of larger SBPs...lol. I was all kinds of confused.

The P1 is only about 1/4 of an inch short compared to the other P2 preds. When he is on his stand he is the same height as the other preds as can be seen here:

Yes but for some reason he is the same height as the other P2 preds he's not short like P1.
