HOOK (1991) question

This been troubleing me for a few years... In HOOK, how was Hook able to get to "earth" and Wendy's house and kidnap the children. it was never explained in the movie?
Some cut scene where he has taken fairy dust on his ship?

Who gave him this idea of stealing peters "children" to make peter pan get back to neverneverland.

I'm starting to believe it was Thinkerbell that gave Hook the idea because She wanted him back. She would have know the way to Wendys house and would be able to give Hook some powder to make his ship fly or what ever made him come to earth.

At 43:43 in the film, Smee says to Hook that he has a sword affidavit from T. Bell, Peter's medical history, even his dental records. This line always goes unnoticed.
Tinker Bell have away Wendy's homes location hoping he would come back to Neverland. That's why when she jogs Peter's memory after he "manages to fit in to those smashing tights again", she gets her wish to be big. She is always portrayed in a negative and spiteful way, and Julia got flack for being to sweet. But if you really pay attention, you can see that she got big because she finally didnt something selfless. Then she kissed Peter.

*says in a hook voice* no no you got it all wrong. tinker bell & I have had a long time hidden romance . that little pixie has a bit of a thing for bad boys. that's why she led peter pan into my traps for all these years. once peter pan is dead I can adopt his kids because as everyone knows i'm to old to have kids myself.
