Hollywood Collectibles Group Won't Cancel My Order

I have emailed them twice and asked them to cancel the order I have for a Korban Dallas Blaster but they have not replied.

The Blaster still shows up on my account.


Does anyone have a phone number for them?

Tried contacting them here they have a membership don't they ?
Maybe the mails got swallowed by spam filters or some such thing stranger things have happened, is there no contact number on the site ?
 
I e-mailed their customer service and they took care of it right away for me. At that time they stated the pistols would be in the warehouse by the end of December if I wished to reorder.

Looks like they are still not in stock at this point.

Yawn. Is no prop company safe from the great bobadebts wrath??? :lol

this thread gives me a strange sense of deja vu. Next thing you know, lawsuit threats will be a-flyin'!!

I had an issue with my CC expiring and it was reissued with a new number. I PM'd the board member here, AND got replies from a woman named Linda via email and the issue was completely, nicely, and promptly resolved.

The subject of the thread makes it sound mailicious, like they are doing it intentionally. Do you really feel they "won't" cancel your order, or maybe they just "haven't" cancelled your order yet?

How long has it been anyway?
 
I emailed HGC about an hour ago concerning something else to do with the blaster. Ive just had a very helpful and super speedy reply from a nice gal called Linda (same one I suppose).....so there is certainly someone at home at the moment!!:love

As for the blaster, apparently it should be in their warehouse sometime "this week":rolleyes

I contacted Linda last night and she confirmed that my order was cancelled but can not explain why it still shows as being "queued"

She also said they replied to my emails but they must have gotten lost, whatever.

Your comment is a deliberate trolling event and I'm getting sick of you following me around and dropping these stupid little pot shots.

My complaint was valid and it produced results.

If any other lesser connected company had failed to reply to 2 separate emails sent from their own website most of this forum would have been all over them
