I contacted Linda last night and she confirmed that my order was cancelled but can not explain why it still shows as being "queued"
She also said they replied to my emails but they must have gotten lost, whatever.

Your comment is a deliberate trolling event and I'm getting sick of you following me around and dropping these stupid little pot shots.
My complaint was valid and it produced results.
If any other lesser connected company had failed to reply to 2 separate emails sent from their own website most of this forum would have been all over them
