Hey everyone =) this is my first thread post hope everyone saw the new Civil War Trailer so here are some screen caps almost frame by frame of Spiderman in HD hopefully most of you can dissect the whole Spidey outfit from the belt to the webshooters these the best i can pull up at the end but seriously god bless you if you can manage to make the mechanical eyes of spider man in this trailer

Literally jumped out of my seat when I saw this. This suits looks like they ripped it straight out of the comics. Doesn't beat the TASM 2 suit in my opinion, but it still looks great.

Also, confirmed that we have the "fat" spider on the back of the suit for the first time on the big screen.

Suit looks very easy (no puffpaint or complicated add-ons)
In fact, there doesn't seem to be any lenses tacked on, so I would assume you can put the lenses straight on the pattern and just wear a faceshell

This suit looks like it was taken right out of the comic books! cant wait until we get to see some better shots of it and what else it has in store!

I really want to jump right into making this suit, but at the same time, I really doubt that's going to be the 100% final version. It does look very CG, which I don't necessarily mind--it just makes me think that they're still making adjustments.

If Marvel releases more art / photos of the suit, then I'll feel safer about jumping into...the swing of things.

Yes / no. The eyes are cg'd to have some sort of aperture

the suit does have some like black leather add-on for the thicker black stripes and i think the eyes are doable to make it mechanically if u can get the material that are used in camera aperture

I'm not convinced you could make a functioning eye that is slim enough to be controlled and function (but who knows). Inevitably wiring is involved and would be visibly indented with a skin tight mask.

I think the black stripes on the wrists are for the web shooters. Saw screenshots that revealed the shooters and outside the suit, and actually kind of massive

yea the web shooters are chunky and i think the things on his waist isnt like a belt but like a clip on for web cartridges

and in the second screen shot if you look closely where the light shines on his head the webbing on his suit looks like its indented in so puffy paint is kinda out the window

Couple things to note, shutter lenses, black seperating parts, the horizontal running webbings have a red space with no texture between them, boots are seperate from the suit like in TASM

amazing detail thanks for catching that but it seems like they are going opposite with sony spiderman and indents the webbing into the suit rather being on the outside for cosplayers using puffy paint so thats gonna be a challenge

I guess I should be happy that they didn't stray too far from the comics (and it's definitely evocative of the 60s-70s Romita era), but after the TASM2 costume I had a hunch there was nowhere to go but down.

I was very meh until the HQ picture came out. It's rather beautiful and extremely intricate once you get up close and personal with the suit.

Texture seems very like Deadpool material

Does it even look like he would be wearing a face shell? the bottom jaw looks a little inhuman, but other than that, it looks like a pretty natural head shape. I can even see his ears.
