I feel a bit silly even asking this, but...
What kind of adhesive do I use to glue on the pieces for my ANH Vader chestbox?
Seriously, I've been putting this off for years because I don't want to screw it up. I've got all the greeblies... the aluminum rods, coin slots, wood switches, plastic lens covers. My chestbox base is fiberglass and has been sprayed with automotive paint. Now I gotta bite the bullet and finish it off.
Since we have metal, plastic, and wood pieces, is there one recommended adhesive to affix them onto the fiberglass? Or should each material be bonded differently?
And are there any strategies to avoid runoff or mess with the glue?
