Just got a pipboy Bluetooth like brand new, barley every used. Booted it up and the usual, please stand by issue.
I've replaced the watch battery, just leaving it on now to drain the main battery down. See if that does anything. Tried charging it with a power bank as people have said that's worked. Tried turning on and off many times.
Would anyone know other fixes or want to potentially fix it themselves. I'm at a loss here.
