Help- Silent Hill - Pyramid Head Great Knife

Hi im looking for reference photos of Pyramid Head's aka Red Pyramid's Great knife from the 2006 film Silent Hill. I Need the reference material so that i can attempt to make a Replica of it.

Also does anyone know what happened to the one from the film? I know Wes from wicked props had the rest of the suit but Im surprised he doesn't have the knife. especially as that's a huge part of the character

Found some really great behind the scenes shots of Pyramid Head's Great Knife. They said they made it out of a really light material that wouldn't wear out the actor. any ideas as to what that might be?

would still love to know what happened to the original from the film. Add that to my dream prop list

Just seen this tonight. There be hardly any weight at all, just paint it up right and no one could tell it was foam...

from the dvd making of silent hill creatures section theres a scene where he drags the knife on the ground from in back of him to in front. it makes a sound like hollow plastic but i have no idea how to go about doing that.

make a skeleton with a long dowel rod, and thinner dowel rods for the blade. drill into the big dowel rod to woodglue the others into it, then cover in pink foam, shape it, and finally, seal it with a coat of some type of plastic bondo.

Ihave such love for that game! The film kinda let me down, but it looks very true to the SH universe.

This will be a great prop!
