Help! Romo Lampkin Blue Trenchcoat.

After painfull research to no avail, I'm taking my plight to some of you costuming wizards. I already have the sunglasses and silver collard shirt--I just need the frakkin trenchcoat for D*CON this year. It looks like I'll have to have it made.
Here are some pics of the coat that looks like the collar is an off color and texture as the blue coat itself:

I was actually watching the ep where Apollo becomes president (the second to last) the other day and I noticed that the collar appears to be pinstriped whereas the rest of the coat is solid. Though it an interesting choice.

Yeah, I noticed that too. It almost seems like it was corteroy (sp?).
