Help! Robert Patrick bust on ebay

Hello everyone

I came across a wonderful version of Robert Patrick as the T-1000 on ebay
the other day, but did a misstake not to watch the auction or save the seller, and now I can´t find it. They were offering two different versions of his face.
One was a normal face, and the other was with a scared expression from the end when he got shot by the grenade rifle.
I belive the normal face was a mixture of a modified life cast and a fan made sculpt to complete a full head bust. It sure looked awesome and the likeness was there.

I need help finding the seller or a casting of that normal face.
I would be grateful for any help
Looking forward to your response
Best regards
Bjorn

Have you tried searching your internet history for eBay pages you've visited?

I've done the same thing in the past, forgetting to save an eBay listing to my watch list, and a quick check of my history has always helped me out, unless of course the listing was pulled.

Good luck, I hope you find it again.

Thanks for the advise, but it seems that the listing was pulled as I can´t even find it on completed listings.
TheNickFox was referring to checking the history in your browser. If you use Firefox, the default history setting is 90 days.

I would AVOID this casting at all costs!! I bought one a month ago and sold it the minute I pulled it from the package!! First off it is as smooth as a mannequin and to top all that off it appears to be made up of three different pieces spliced together, the seam is ridiculous and it makes the piece extremely distorted! The casting was also paper thin!

I ended up getting a full bust from a member here, thank god (and thank you Ryan)! ;)

Thanks Howard for the important advise, good to know.:thumbsup

Allthough I know what quality it is, and like you said it´s not impressive.
But the customer who I am building this life size T-1000 statue for thinks it´s good enough for him, as he is thinking about doing him with the motorcycle helmet and sunglasses.

Howard are you saying that there is another source for this same head?

Then it might work great ;) I just wanted to warn you it is bad piece on it;s own... but if you work with it then that's a different story.

I scored a very cool production bust, but it is NOT going to be offered.

One more thing I forgot to ask you Bjorn... you have been making a lot of those Batmans using my older bust lately, do you have source for those castings? I have long stopped dealing those and it seems they are always coming up from you? I know Dale said he had a few left, but he said he has not sold any to you in a while either?

I'd like to know if someone is selling them?

I have only bought Batman busts from you Howard and Dale. After that, a few US and french customers have sent me their own busts for paintups or for life size statues. And I know for a fact that all the busts were either casted by you Howard or Dale. Thick and great quality castings:thumbsup

I would never dream about buying or selling recasts. People who know me and what I stand for, also knows that I am always 100% trustworthy and do not support any kind of recasting what so ever.

Thanks for the advise on the T-1000:cool

If it was the one from the interest thread in the JY, then it's certainly a cool looking piece. Shame the run didn't go forward and that I couldn't afford one at the time to sign up. :cry

I Was so made up when I saw his terminator bust I got in touch straight away and he sent me an invoice over paypa, waited patiently but a little too patiently,
now I can't claim my money back and have sent dozens of emails off to not a single reply to eBay and his personal email

I'd suggest dodging at all costs which is heart breaking because I too would love a Patrick bust and will have to find a arnie I like again to complete my mannequins waste of money and time

Rant over and on a positive I have spotted a life cast for patrick on faces of fame not sure on there credibility and there pretty pricey anyone who might be able to help with a Patrick bust shoot me a pm you'll be my new best friend =D
