Help Needed in Mirroring Vector image of BSG S-01 Pistol!!!!

Hello Folks

I recently purchased a vector image (pdf file) of "a" Battlestar Galactica Season - 1 Pistol online. Now I need to somehow get a mirror image of the thing and I just don't have the software on my PC to get it done. Can someone out there point me to something I can download (hopefully for free) or service that can mirror this image!!!

Inkscape is a free vector drawing/editing program.

Any version of Corel Draw will import a PDF file and flip it.
