Help needed, blue lantern ring.

Hey guys I'm not sure really where to ask this but I'm doing a blue lantern cosplay. And was woundering if anyone here is able to make this. Can't find it anywhere. And would need to be a decent size to fit over spandex. But also able to wear without. ! Thanks.

BatJeepster makes excellent rings. He made the Blue ring I wear every day, and recently showed of a GL Movie inspired version of the Blue Ring on his facebook page, which looks like the style you want.
