Help making predator costume for kid size 4 foot tall

Hi every one iam new to the forum and i see a hole lot of people that have skills on making awsome costumes and since i been promissing my little brother who is a big AVP fan mostly the predators a costume for next years wondercon i decided to see if any one can help me out on how to make the body suit and the head and mask and armor/ weapons. My bro is 11yr and is 4 feet tall so if any one can help me on how i can start i would really thank u. I build costumes but mostly mech/ robot costumes so i wont have a problem lol.. well thanks for looking.

biggest problem you are going to run into is that he'll probably hit a growth spurt by the time you are finished with it lol

The mask is probably going to be tricky but for the body (depending on how realistic and detailed you want to make it) you could cheat by buying some superhero costume with the built in muscles and repaint it to look like a Predator. From there you'd just have to mod or scratch build all of the accessories.
